You will get to work with some big clients.
You can get 'Senior' in your job title pretty quickly but you'll realize it means nothing.
Pay is bad but they do pay. This will be the only thing you will look forward to when you work here.

Toxic culture and poor management. Very high turnover. Just look at the other negative reviews here.
- If you are not applying for a purely technical role here, please stay away. There are plenty of fish in the sea.
- Worst management. They treat you like crap. They don't care about employees and are hiring for replacements 24*7*365.
- Clients are usually nice but the internal company politics, unethical vague asks, blame games from the SLT (leadership) will make your life hell. Especially if you are in a non technical or a client facing role.
- Sales team has done an extremely poor job in bringing new clients. I don't understand why do they still have the same sales people still working in the company. The company is survived by some preexisting client-ceo relationships and retainer projects.
