-Patient and understanding colleagues/boss who are willing to teach and develop your skills -Tight knit community of colleagues as everyone wants to do well together -Bosses are nice and caring as well and receptive to feedback -Overall majority of the team are really nice and supportive beyond work and it has been one of the most pleasant working experiences for me thus far

-Working hours are odd and have to work on weekends despite it being an office role

Joining DR. LASH as a marketing intern was one of the key highlights of my university years. I was given the opportunity to learn and grow with the support of my co-workers and bosses.
