Quite honestly, I can't really think of any.

None your just there to do their crap work

Bring temps in and cut them once they are done with them. They talk horrible about temps when no one is around. You are just someone who will be thrown away when jobs is over and replaced with someone when it picks back up no thank you for help just cut without warning. Just go find a better job let this company struggle to find people to finish projects ok time.
