Toxic work enviornment - Anonymous employee DMG Co Employee Review

DMG has been the best experience I've had in a career. I started off entry level and was only looking for sales experience. I found sales to be easier than I expected all it took was a lot of reps and the rest came easy as DMG only works with household brands like AT&T, Sprint and even some charities which is extremely fulfilling. Tremendos growthgreat environment, and awesome travel opportunities. Best part is learning leadership through application.

The growth is fast, and one of the new managers got the wool pulled over his eyes by some employees who were cutting corners. He had to fire 5 people at once. They obviously committe fraud but still acted extremely unprofessionally whenthey were fired. (I'm100% sure that some of the outrageuos reviews on here are by them) I've always been paid on time and accurately...it's pathetic that former employees who were fired can "anonymously" fabricated content on social media without repercussion) But i guess that's the way the world works now..

DMG offers full training that's the biggest reason I took the job. I was trained little by little and by a few different team members. It was cool to learn sales techniques from different people especially since I started with no experience. My last job was at the mall and I made $9/hour. I've worked on 2 different campaigns with DMG so far and have made way more money. Now I'm training new reps on a daily basis and I enjoy seeing them progress the same way that everyone helped me to get better. I'm excited about moving to open a new office this summer.

It took me longer than I wanted to finish the training because I was still in school. I was offered extra training time but it was on a Saturday.
