      Pros

      At DMB Financial, we work diligently to help our clients rid themselves of the burden of unsecured debt; and it is gratifying to witness the difference it makes in their hopes for the future. Each individual who works for our company is helpful and happy to lend a helping hand, when needed. There is a lot of great camaraderie in the office. The Owners who run the company encourage charity-driven events and we are fortunate to have many compassionate people who are happy to participate. All in all, I am very happy to have my job here at DMB Financial. I feel that we do important work and that what we do, matters. The bonus is being able to do it with people who are kind and caring.

      I love my DMB financial !! Benefits for working for DMB Financial: Growth within the company Money incentive- bonus is as much as you want it. Opportunity- To growth your skills- endless trainings. We are a big family- Understanding and loving & caring.

      Pros

      I enjoy working at DMB Financial for many reasons. It is a very comfortable atmosphere with friendly co-workers and very knowledgeable management that is always willing to help you when needed. I enjoy the fact that I am truly helping our clients better their unfortunate situations they have found themselves in. I also have found that all my hard work is rewarded by the company as well. I have been working here for over a year and a half at this point. I can say without question this is the best job I have ever had.

      Cons

      The only draw back for me is that the office is 40 miles away from home. I must say though, it is certainly worth the trip.
