There is honestly nothing positive about working in this very small minded company. It's unbelievable, that's systems are out dated. And those in charge in both office and warehouse, have absolutely no understanding of how to run things in a business. There is no direction, things are explained and done day of, nothing is planned ahead of time. There is a unprofessionalism in both verbal comments, and there exist sexism. Females were not allowed to take Forklift training. It's a shame, because many were wanting too. The idea of Family? It's a joke. And it's sad. And the material sold here, is not that good. Returns were high, and mistakes were made because management has zero training.
