Growth within company is based on popularity not job skills. Terrible benefits. Expect you to work harder and harder in terrible conditions without complaining. Expect you to drive all over Southern California for trainings or work events. Greedy company with fake culture and values. The environment is actually the opposite of everything their core values preach. Very cheap poorly ran greedy properties. Exploits Spanish speaking employees until they quit from being overworked.
