Pros
Decent pay, decent benefits, blah
Cons
Says how their an equal opportunity employer yet when it comes to crunch time and they need people to work overtime, they only want "good" workers, and yes, I'm quoting management. If you don't want to work overtime you are always mandatoried no matter what. Sure there may be a few good benefits, but working 12 hours a day and also having to worry about being mandatoried rather than spending time with your family, it's not enough. Most underpaid and underappreciated forklift drivers in the state. WMS system is a joke, and the management is always threatening workers with termination if we don't follow procedures to a T. No communication between management and supervisors.
