Pros

Pros: Well-known agency with incredibly talented and supportive coworkers. There are a lot of genuinely good people here who care deeply about the work and consistently produce high-quality creative. It’s a fast-paced environment where you can learn a ton, collaborate with smart teams, and work on major brands and campaigns. The flexible PTO policy is honestly one of the biggest reasons many employees stay.

Cons

Job security has become a major concern following multiple rounds of layoffs, and morale has noticeably declined. Leadership often overpromises to clients and sets unrealistic expectations internally, which creates unnecessary pressure and burnout for employees. There’s also a tendency to bend too far to demanding clients instead of setting healthier boundaries and advocating for teams. The project management team in particular is consistently under-resourced and expected to keep things moving without the support, staffing, or processes needed to do the job efficiently. Many PMs have been on the team for 4+ years with little to no meaningful career advancement or compensation growth, and there appears to be very little investment in career development for the PM discipline overall. Employees are frequently asked to do more with less, leaving many people feeling undervalued, overworked, and actively looking for opportunities elsewhere.

Pros

Lots of individuals that make up many teams from design, copy, motion, production artists, and even full-time strategists.

Cons

I left right before a big merge, so I can't speak to how it is after the merge. This review may be outdated.

Pros

The design team is very talented and kind.

Cons

Very boring agency to work at. They only claim the agency is not doing good, "we don't have money" so no raises, 1.2% merit increases this year. This doesn't even keep up with inflation rate. At this company you will just be a number on a spreadsheet, waiting to get laid off because they would rather use a million different AI than hire any entry level positions. They fail almost every pitch because the leadership is empty-headed, comes in and changes the entire concepts and decks. And they claim they are very transparent and B-corp but they discriminate against POC all the time and lie about your prospects at their company. It's really not worth your nerves to work for them.
