      Good pay & benefits. If you want to advance with the company, there are many opportunities. Chance to work as much overtime as you want.

      Cons

      Little notice for overtime - can let us know as late as second break on Friday if we have to work the weekend. If you are young and single and want overtime, this is the place for you.

      Challenging work Great people Stable

      Cons

      Top management consists mostly of workaholics and expect the same from lower level colleagues. Too many expectations and too lean of a workforce frequently leads to burn out at all levels within the organization. Pay, bonus and healthcare are mediocre.
