Pros
You’ll always have work. You’ll make friendships. All holidays off and 2 weeks in December off.
Cons
Works all the time. 6 to 7 days a week 10 hour shifts. No home life. Pay tier is horrible. Can go to Wendys or even Walmart and start at the same rate I’m at now and have two days off. I’ve been there 3 years and COC picks favorites. They pick who to write up to keep them stuck on their line and who to let things slide so they can get send them to a different line or shift. Policies are only followed when your chain of command chooses it benefits them. Chain of command talks about their employees when they’re not there causing a divide in the team work. Benefits are good but expensive. They used to be the job to get and covet, now you can go just about anywhere and get the same pay and actually have a home life.
