      Good work/life balance, flexible working time. Twice yearly fixed bonus plus once a year performance related bonus.

      Cons

      Slow moving, and lack of resources compared to Japan and America locations. Relies to heavily on Japan support and management. Disconnect between mostly local engineers and middle-management, and mostly Japanese upper management.

      Cons

      Top management consists mostly of workaholics and expect the same from lower level colleagues. Too many expectations and too lean of a workforce frequently leads to burn out at all levels within the organization. Pay, bonus and healthcare are mediocre.
