      You might be disappointed about the expected level of quality of the product. For instance, automatic testing is not a standard there. If you want to use it, you have to push it through.

      Good worklife balance is nice and there's lot of creative freedom

      Cons

      Hugely outdated practices and irrational aversity to any improvement on that. Also the rules and conditions on salary and financial benefits/rewards are not transparent at all and seem more dependent on who you're friends with than anything else.
