Pros
Not much I can say. Pay was good for the work that I did. When things were going good, they were great.
Cons
Incompetence is tolerated at all levels and there is no follow up. Read the exit documentation closely. Was asked to sign a false document. I didn't. As a result, didn't get any severance pay, but that also means that I didn't release them from any claims. Now am having a great deal of difficulty getting them to pay a worker's comp claim. Claim was filed months before I left. Upon getting yet another bill, I mentioned that I was going to get an attorney involved. At that statement, was then informed that I should and under the circumstances that they couldn't talk to me anymore. A company that doesn't honor its legal obligations, much less commitments, to its employees. Don't believe anything that they tell you, even if it is in writing. Lots of turn over and everything gets reinterpreted.
