Pros
Pay is comparable to other organizations Work from Home
Cons
Datatrak was a wonderful place to work until the CEO takeover. The employees do not matter to make the business run. The new management makes decisions without looking at the fall out of those decisions. They lost transparency and a lack of confidence as each team member was let go week by week. It honestly felt like the hunger games. We all just tried to keep our jobs and it did not matter how much we gave, it wasn’t enough. The culture of a fun tech company was lost as each poor decision was made. Staff have slowly lost the excitement they once had and the drive to be their best each day at fear of losing employment and not being able to pay their bills. As staff have been let go or have left due to the uncertainty of the company the management have not replaced those staff members. They have just pushed the work on the remaining teams stating they want to be more like a "Start-Up." With more work and no pay increases a company that once was over 50 employees is now under 32. That is a 40% staff reduction in less than one year with the same deliverables and expectations of the original team left for the remaining staff.
