• Constantly expected to do work outside of your job description with no extra pay or appreciation.
• Unprofessional and toxic environment, filled with crude language and blatant favoritism.
• Favoritism and discrimination based on race and age—certain employees are treated noticeably better than others.
• The owner openly discriminates, making it clear that some people are valued more based on personal biases rather than work ethic. Lawsuits.
The pay is embarrassing considering how much they bring in a year. Which is clear indication of the owner just lines her pockets.
