The owner of CXI Trucking has an open door policy for every one and most of the drivers and office staff have his personal cell phone. The company has grown and diversified in the Chicagoland metro market over the past 3 years. Financial strength continues to grow. The Company continues to update their fleet of tractors. Driver Safety is first and foremost and their CSA scores are second to none. This company attracts drivers by promoting a culture of a driver's home life as a value. The owner is a true believer in his employees being home every night with their families and home every weekend. Your paid weekly and their are very few if ever discrepencies. It is just a very good place to work with very low stress as financial growth continues and drivers continue to be added.
