Pros
The senior folks are brilliant - it is invigorating to watch them problem-solve and think on their feet. Everyone is dedicated, hard-working, collaborative. Zero micro-management, lots of room to work independently. Completely flexible schedule as long as deadlines are met.
Cons
Some projects are done on such short timeframes you are left wanting to do more - but I could say that about most places I have worked.
