Pros

There are no pros for this company, as they are pro at nothing. In my 2 year employment here all I saw was negativity and nothing else.

Cons

List of cons are so long that this editor's limit might not be sufficient for it. 1) All the projects come here are acquired by doing frauds to the clients (creating fake identity documents, creating fake profiles on freelancing job portals). 2) The CEO thinks he owns the whole world and tries to buy out all the employees here (some are sold, others who possess self respect will leave eventually). 3) The work load in insane (12 hrs work load minimum). TLs and BDEs always say that clients are always unhappy with the work (maybe if you wouldn't give each developer to work on 9-10 projects in a single day and all of them needs to be submitted before going home). 4) They will try and manipulate all the employees by trying to give commission on each project, better salaries, etc. (Again it's just a technique to buy out everyone) 5) The attitude of CEO is worst possible for any sane human alive, including TLs, BDEs. Also, these are the only people benefitting from the illegal operations of this company and people who praises this company and above mentioned people. 6) If anyone is resigning the company then they become their No. 1 enemy for the time being. Spreading false rumors of that particular employee being "Un-ethical, Back stabber, Bad influence, and so on", I mean c'mon people show some integrity and professionalism towards your employee who gave you 1+ years or even a single day at your worst company ever to work on. 7) The CEO's attitude is my company will run without any employee, but in reality it's different. 8) Every month people are leaving and new ones are joining, no one stays here long because of the work culture.. 9) Leave policy is worst too. If you ask for leaves they always say there is work load and by begging literally they give you leave. Need to have 3 extra leaves in balance to get a paid leave (rubbish rule). 10) There is not a single extra developer to lend a helping hand, but when you resign a new developer is hired instataneously. 11) In all there is not a single shred of growth, enthusiasm, positive & vibrant work culture. Instead all you see is negativity, overthinking towards your loyalty and nothing else. I wonder how they run their operations, but the thing is no one here stays long and there are always new employees who do not know about this place, except for some older CEO praising. 12) They really think they work very efficiently and on the latest technologies but in reality they fool clients with garbage technologies, 3rd grade quality of work.
