      you can start career here if you don't have option

      Cons

      Unconnected internal systems with no proper communication to employees . People from HR are not responsive . If you don't get the project start looking for other options they can terminate you anyway possible

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
