2 Years back there is a value for the talented people and importance and respect given to them.Its excellent company .There is scope for experienced people .
Cons
Now a days too much of group activities linking girls with boys .All Telugu employees replaced with Tamil group from past 1year who will drag the projects as much as possible.(arava melam aythu). They always work from home but others not allowed even in sick time. Also there is no scope for experienced people all replace with trainee engineers who didl not know how to respect seniors and elders.and spending total time in canteens and enjoying . In government they will not leave till 60 years even after getting pension and no scope for freshers But in private no scope for experienced seniors(who don't have pension option)and more fresher openings with too much of packages . This should betaken care by government .
