Cygna Labs, a German startup company with operations in the US, Canada and Eastern Europe acquired their product lines from Nokia and BT. The old management from BT & Nokia understood the products and markets, whilst the new management from Germany are inept and have devolved the products and services and weaken both employee moral and trust.
