Overall, my experience at Cyderes has been positive, particularly within the marketing & sales organization. The departments are performing well and making meaningful progress toward building scalable, high-performing teams. There’s a strong sense of alignment across the organization, and it’s clear that people are generally moving in the same direction toward shared goals. The culture is another standout.....there are genuinely great people here who are collaborative, motivated, and committed to doing good work. It is great to see a CMO and CRO be so aligned together. Cons
one of the main challenges is the relative immaturity of systems and processes. As the company continues to grow, some of the foundational infrastructure hasn’t fully caught up yet. While there is visible effort being made to address these gaps, the current state can create friction and inefficiencies in day-to-day operations.
