An awful experience - Anonymous employee Cycle Pharmaceuticals Employee Review

Cycle have had a very high turnover due to what was a toxic working environment. A number of experienced pharma leads were employed, often headhunted from other roles (with national and international relocation in some cases) to be brought into an organisation and then ignored. These people were then systematically removed or left due to frustration.. there is zero tolerance of anything that could be perceived as a challenge, even if it comes from a more knowledgable source. They do have a life-saving medication launched but ultimately it is a generic. They are unwilling to invest in development projects, cut corners in every possible direction. Their slow progress is reflected their own press releases- nothing innovative in a couple of years, no new major funding or innovations to speak of.
