Good people, good office culture

Pay a little low, but fair.

I've been with Cybersafe a few years and it is such a great company to work for. The partners truly care about their employees which is rare to come by. The team leads/department heads know how valuable their staffs are and that the job couldn't get done without the dedication and hard work of their team...and they show appreciation (also rare!)!! They offer Flex PTO. They hold company outings twice a year because they want show appreciation to their employees and build a strong culture.

Not much to say on the negative, only thing I can think of is I know the staff wishes there could be more flexibility to work from home.
