Pros

Working at Teleperformance was generally a pleasant experience. The work environment was professional, and the company provided the necessary resources to perform well. The flexibility and autonomy in managing tasks were definitely a plus.

Cons

However, one of the challenges was the nature of the job itself—spending eight hours with minimal or no mandatory interaction could sometimes feel overwhelming. While some may appreciate the independence, for me, the lack of required engagement made certain shifts feel longer than they actually were.
