•Middle management most often worked their way through the ranks of the very department they managed. That was extremely beneficial in both execution & outcomes.
•I could go one for another 5000 words to be candid. What I’ve hoped to convey is I cannot possibly recommend Taylor with an additional certainty than with this endeavor.
Cons
The very thing that has countless benefits is also the one negative I experienced. Taylor is a conglomerate with over eighty-five companies falling under the umbrella. It’s the most successful I’ve ever experienced at creating a medium sized business experience for employees. But, there are the rare occasions you can become frustrated with rules/regulations/red tape that cause delays.
