Curious Thoughts Academy is a great place to know more about the early childhood industry if you're keen to enter. This job is more suitable for Poly/ITE/JC kids who are looking for a part time job during the weekends, best for people who have just graduated secondary school and waiting to start school. The workplace is a very friendly environment, non-toxic culture.
Cons
Although it is a great environment, the pay is low if you have graduated from a tertiary background. When they are facing short staff, the part-timers working full day will be even more packed from ferrying to back to back classes. Be prepared to stand for long hours and dealing with kids. The kids are usually manageable, if you're having any problems with them the main full timer teachers will step in and provide assistance.
