Excellent company culture. Very laid back and relaxed yet everyone does their work and completes it on time. Get to meet a diverse set of clients as well.

Getting excited about the product manufactured is sometimes difficult. Pillowspeakers are not an exciting industry and rarely makes the news. But taking pride in the work we do as engineers often can offset the sometimes dull product.

Good pay rates, benefits, work environment are all good.

It is difficult to break in to the culture here. Departments are very segregated. Interdepartmental relationships are very divided. Sense of team and working toward the greater good are lacking.
