Pros
The strong will survive. They buy bread from monday to wednesday. The social culture helps lift the daily grinding. Sweeping it under the rug will bite.
Cons
They need invest in all current employees salaries to feel a real running towards a fire. Talk to your staff, support why they are employed for the positions they hold. Hr, there is no hr, it's so dangerous for the welfare of staff wellbeing. I feel sorry towards the clients who are lied too. Unfortunately fickle organizational processes. Partners couldn't take current titles outside their own business.
