Pros

- Some great staff to shoulder the burden with - The pool table

Cons

- Extremely unprofessional managers and Exec team - No care for training or development - Sexist, racist and mysoginistic environment - Huge egos to deal with - Dealing with screaming Execs was a daily task - Promotions were only given when the first in line was made redundant (or more likely resigned)

Pros

I worked for Cummins and Partners for 3 years and I gotta say, that the company I joined is completely different from the company it is today. The business has grown in many aspects and at the time of my departure, we had a roster of amazing clients, I got to travel internationally and actually go home at a decent time which is not just rare for the industry, but also completely different from what it was like to work at C&P in its early days. The earlier years were tough as the company had no structure, had to work quite late to land clients and earn their trust. Having said that, I would not change the experience as I got to learn about all aspects of the business being so hands-on. Best of all is the fun team and leadership that listens.

Cons

It's sink or swim - you gotta figure things out for yourself. Clients always have deadlines so you have to constantly juggle multiple projects.

Pros

Embraces agency life, if that's what your into.

Cons

There are far better places to give your time and expertise (where is will probably be more valued).
