Good for learning. Bad for staying long term I agree with that guy, we experienced the same bro, it very stress work down here
Cons
Management is worst of the worst, work overtime no OT pay, always drag people time make people suffer, no proper training anyhow sent people to worksite, waste people time, only think about their profit not about other , PH stanby no double pay, stingy don't want to hire more people to make work more efficient, if you work here don't dream to take leave for easy, unless it was your Chinese new year or Hari raya. Benefit no good, 10 days Annual leave for 1 years , you can get additional one year after 3 years that's insane, work like no tomorrow. Stanby until die fault call coming mean you die. Sure no life balance
