Poor management/leadership - Anonymous employee Crystal Flash Employee Review

Very poor management and leadership. No respect or loyalty given to long-term employees. Inadequate training for new hires. Very cliquey work environment and management has their favorites. Comments or criticism about management or company policies and procedures are not tolerated. If management does not like or approve of an employee they will eventually be terminated or forced to resign.
