- Management can be very cliquey and employees may find it difficult to feel included if they are outside an established group -Hard work and strong performance are not always recognised or rewarded consistently -experience with management can feel highly critical and heavily focused on mistakes with little recognition of achievements or positive contributions -Raising concerns or offering a different perspective could feel difficult as conversations sometimes became defensive or escalated rather than encouraging open discussion - Although the company promotes an open-minded people-first culture - many experiences did not always align with those values.
