Pros

People go above and beyond to help the clients, their hearts are in the game. This group of people goes far beyond what most give to their jobs - it is their livlihood and passion. The employees here give of themselves to the company. It is more of a lifestyle for them than a company. Directors work nights and weekends, and each client's care is followed through to appropriate and reasonable completion. The people at this company has had my back in my professional and personal life. The staff take care of each other, support each other, and trust each other. There is a level of friendship and intimacy here that is hard to find elsewhere. There is also a high level of empathy for clients, and countless times have I seen the company forego personal gain to ensure a client has complete care. We are a leader in mental health care and have garnered respect and admiration from programs across the country for good reason - dedication, hard work, service, and humility.

Cons

The directors need to take more breaks!

Pros

The relationships you acquire with clients from all over the US is the best thing about this job. You get to see real breakthroughs happen for some.

Cons

The extremely drama based, toxic work environment. People are constantly talking bad about each other while acting like they are good friends. Higher ups pick and choose certain employees to do outside personal activities with, those employees get the upper hand especially when they break violations of the company policies and procedures. The way the upper management curses at clients, treats them inhumanly and treats staff is disgusting and disgraceful.
