      I am really proud of the way things have panned out at Crownpeak, grateful for the way the Exec Team have handled the Covid situation and have continued to do so. Thank you and well done!

      • areas of improvement opportunity • leaders take the time to hear their employees • encouraged to take time off / very flexible

      Cons

      • change can be difficult for folks at times and there has been a lot of change but we are headed in the right direction
