Pros
The organization/president is great. They do good for a lot of people, generous with both the people they help and the staff. Great benefits, mostly friendly staff, decent pay.
Cons
My direct supervisor was a micro-manager to an extreme and verbally abusive when things didn't go her way. She made a point to publicly humiliate employees when they made mistakes, and was basically a bully. The turnover in that department was alarming, yet management never did anything. Overall the company is very outdated in their approach, marketing, media, and branding.
