Poor Management, it is honestly a Man's world. out of over 200 employees there is 1 Female Manager. Office gossip is horrible. Upper Management only care about lining their pockets and do not care about the little guy. They will over load you with work, promise raises and never come through!! Upper management will take credit for things the they consider the " little guys".
