They give you accrued vacation time from first day totalling two weeks for first year

Pay. They pay way under market in LTL with no tier/scale pay. Your annual raises are very very small putting you about four to six dollars an hour below other similar LTL carriers at their top tier. No seniority is honored. Lack of hours with days off. Old equipment often unserviced. High pressure environment with high demands from the drivers.
