      Great place to work, forever coming up with new incentives for sales, fast changing landscape which keeps you on your toes. Opportunity to earn life changing money if you are good at building relationships and willing to put the graft in.

      None, geniunely. Unless you struggle to work at pace.

      Pros

      great opportunities for growth and to earn extra commission even with not being in a sales role Malia is also extremely supportive and goes the extra mile for the team ;) overall the team atmosphere is great, even when the work does get stressful!

      Workload can be a lot and can be difficult to manage whilst maintaining quality
