I genuinely enjoy working here! There are issues like every school but it has the most supportive admin I’ve ever experienced. The kids are well behaved. I think that they treat you like an adult that knows your job and I appreciate that.

It’s a new school so there’s some growing pains and we have outgrown our building. Our CEO and board are out of touch with our students daily lives and it shows but they are working on it and take our advice.

Great work-life balance due to the school schedule with the students work days, caring admin, well behaved students (usually), you know every student because it’s so small. Great benefits!

Small school means a lot of duties get put on us- usually not a huge deal though. Some transparency issues as far as the workings of the school and its board. Still no permanent school building after 6 years.
