Pros

Though the current iteration of Crispin is a far cry from the creative powerhouse it used to be, the name still gives your resume a boost. There are free avocados and some average-decent snacks. That's about it.

Cons

First, the recruiters will straight up lie to you. This is par for the course, as they will do/say anything to get you to move to an agency in BFE under the guise of "Great work! teamwork! collaboration! work/life balance!". Do not fall for this - It's all BS. The agency is filled with cliques and negative vibes. Senior creative teams whispering and going behind the backs of junior teams, egos of ECD's run amok, incompetent leadership all around and forget about ever having any kind of life. After the recent lay offs no one still around is working less than 12/hrs a day. Good luck!

Pros

Met great people, Diamonds in the rough. Generous WFH policy and work life balance. The experience is what you make of it.

Cons

Leadership tried to act like Crispin was one big family when in fact it was one small club. I was disappointed in the lack of growth afforded or formal reviews, along with consistent “pauses” on promotions. After this last round of layoffs it is clear that there is a void in communication leaving its employees with a real lack of trust and passion for the company they work for.
