The company did not take COVID19 precautions seriously. Was a very negative, disoriented environment from upper management. Covid19 guidelines were put onto the employees to create and implement for our safety, which was met with disappointment from upper management when it didn't look right. We even had to fight for our right to put mask signs on each of our entrances. One of the worst experiences I have ever had as an employee. Got talked down to by our CEO. Was told by said CEO that depression is not real, and that he has seen impoverished children happier playing with an "empty water bottle for a toy". Yeah, soak that in.
