Great Management, Sam and Linda are both very accomodating with my current school schedule. Also great co-workers.

Seasonality of business, currently we are in a slower season, but once the new baseball stadium is constructed across the street I think business will pick up. Also the new pay for parking situation has probably discouraged some customers from coming in as they think they will have to pay for parking even though we can validate their parking in the restaurant and they will not be charged.

A genuinely friendly staff/co-workers. In house drama is kept to a minimum. Communication between the front of the house and the back of the house could be a little cohesive. Little turn over.

Some management thinking they are little more knowledgeable than they actually are. Making these individuals ride on a high horse that is nonexistent. The core management team is understanding and will alot to have time off for family troubles/ deaths. Putting people in charge that DO NOT belong there and immediately start to use their status to play favorites and create pets. Not enough communication between the front and the back.
