Challenging but Rewarding. If you have zero real estate experience, you will have to do your homework and learn as much as you can in the first few weeks during training as an assistant. The position is NOT hard but it requires a lot of critical thinking. Because it is a high volume Real Estate Agency, you have to know how to work in a fast pace environment with a go-getter attitude and a great student mentality. You will get to learn something new every single day. If you put in the effort and want to grow, the company will invest in you! If you are looking for a temporary easy job just to collect a paycheck, don't bother applying!

The work that you do actually matters and makes an impact on the company. Your ideas are listened to; you will never hear "we do it this way because this is the way we've always done it". The processes are in place because they make sense. If they don’t make sense then they are changed. You are valued as a person; even if you make a mistake it's not considered bad if you have a good reason for it. Nothing here is sugar-coated, but don’t mistake that for rudeness. They are honest with you because they want you to grow. What they care about most is if you are making logical decisions. If you make a mistake you will be asked why; if you have a good reason it is dismissed. The social environment is very relaxed and friendly.
