- Supportive managers - Higher-ups care about employees at an individual level - Occasionally allows employees to share in company successes - Good employees have their career growth facilitated (position changes etc)
Cons
- Office politicking is rampant - Steady Eddy employees are present, reducing morale of teams - Not enough investment on product software, lots of investment on sales - Subpar benefits compared to other technology firms in the area - Heavy focus on education background
