Great place to work - Product Manager CreditGenie Employee Review

I have been working with CreditGenie for over 7 months now and it has been a great experience. The leaderdship team is really engaged and work with you on a daily basis, which is something very important to me! I have found it very easy to give and receive feedback; all members communicate very well and it is easy to connect with your team members when you need something (whether that be support or feedback). I have also greatly appreciated the flexibility that working with CreditGenie has given me in my day-to-day; I am able to still have a great quality of life, all while meeting deadlines and working with management day-to-day. There is also an "Office Dog(s)" which have been delightful in the day-to-day office environment. The compensation structure is very competitive, and the benefits are amazing! I have never really used benefits at any other place of work; but CreditGenie has made the system incredibly easy to follow and everything is done online (plus direct billing is always a plus!) Lots of opportunity for advancement for those looking for way to make an impact and advance their career is different areas.

No cons really; will be great to see the team grow and move to a bigger office space in the months to come!
