Pros

Learn about credit reporting...how long things stay before they fall off...can see bad and good reports. Improves typing speed as you multitask.

Cons

Stress level. Having to meet a quota of 40 requests an hour. Not being able to control the hold times at the creditors nor if the borrower picks up for a conference call. Start working the night shift 12-8 pm.

Pros

Great family atmosphere, flexible schedule, a lot of reps employed here for many years (which says a lot about the company), fair to every employee. Awesome company to work for!

Cons

Every job has its bad day but there are no cons with this company.

Pros

This job gave good insight into the mortgage industry. On-the-job classroom training for three weeks. Given six months to gradually meet production quotas.

Cons

Computer software system runs sluggishly at times. Responsible for incoming calls and must complete 40 requests every 8 hour shift. Sometimes things are outside your control but the company does not care how you do it, but you must meet your numbers. Verbal and written warnings stay in effect for 90 days. Very stressful environment.
