Pros
They strive to be a great place to work and it shows. Strong open door policy. It is a decently large company with lots of different types of jobs so you have room to move around if you are a hard worker and are persistent with your desire to move. They just changed benefits so birthing mothers get 12 weeks of full pay. AMAZING! Plus there is a generous amount of PTO. Every company has its flaws but I will always recommend this company to family and friends.
Cons
There is a lot of change going on, especially in the engineering department and product management/marketing. The leaders are being hired outside the company so the culture is in the middle of adjustment. Raises are 3% usually so you can't complain too much, but they are definitely not the best of the best. Their answers are borderline offensive with "well there isn't a lot of turnover so the need for an inflation raise isn't really there anymore." Definitely rubbed me the wrong way. Note that this is a call center at its core, so front line does have to work weekends.
