The training offered at the company needs to be improved (the training I received was really sub par); there are a lot of infrastructure issues and not a lot of structure to the organization, they have a good start but it needs to be improved if they expect quality employees to stay; way too much micromanagement and busy work--most of the employees I worked with complained they didn't have enough time to get their work done because of all of the busy work; Where is the documentation? I was shocked that a company that had been around for so long had such little user documentation. The Help section and looong webinars aren't enough to help users understand the product! Don't believe them when they talk about work/life balance. (There isn't any.) They expect you to work overtime with no compensation. (I saw employees work 24-hour shifts and the come in and work a full 8-hour day with no time off to recover!) Management says one thing and acts another way. They act like they're flexible but they really aren't. (Don't expect to work flexible hours.) My experience wasn't as bad as some of the other reviews but I didn't stay long.
